1. Contains the full name of the "lost" person. Please use the name they used in high
school.
2. Provide any information you want us to have. Their email address, physical address,
and phone number are all welcome. We will contact them using that information and get
their permission to use it.

Notify Us of a Classmates Death

1. Contains the full name of the deceased person. Please use the name they used in high
school.
2. If you know it, please provide the date of death. Even the month and/or year would be
helpful. You may also include a current photo.

If You Would Like to Get in Touch with a Classmate
Our policy is to not give out any personal information to anyone. What we will do is take
your contact information and give it to them and let them know that you want to get in contact
with them. It will be their decision to contact you or not. We will let you know if we were
not able to contact them.
